Fall is my, Kristen and Derek’s and really most people’s favorite season. This wedding was a chance to show off K+D’s everlasting love and Fall. The day was incredible, from the huge sheaves of wheat decorating the tables, candy corn favors and pheasant feathers in the bouquets, to the epic dance party put on by Mixing Maryland, to Kristen’s knockout look. Watch their first look below, Derek couldn’t stop crying she looked so amazing (special thanks to Caitlyn whose hair and makeup work always makes my job so easy). King’s Contrivance was beautiful and hospitable and they are really great cooks. Kristen’s tattoos made me want to be her. And that ribbon ceremony backdrop! Please everyone have one of those fluttering in the wind! You can’t take a bad photo with those in the background. Enough gushing, I know you are really just here for the photos.
Dang these are so good. I love them.
Just gorgeous work Sarah – love that shot of her walking down the aisle
Beautiful work Sarah – your images have a lovely ‘feel’ to them. This wedding has been superbly documented!
