I was so excited when Jillian emailed me about shooting their wedding and told me that they chose a summer camp for their venue. Summer camp weddings are near and dear to my heart because I got married at a rustic summer camp and nothing beats them for an offbeat and intimate vibe. Since they are outdoorsy laid back types, it was only appropriate that Jillian, Brian and I head out to the beautiful Cylburn Arboretum for their engagement session where we could tramp through the mud and thorns and get some beautiful photos. Only one skirt was sacrificed in the making of these photos, but it was completely worth it. Let’s do it again in October!
